Following huge demand for multifuel and wood burning stoves our regular stocks are now very low. Most manufacturers have long production times on new orders resulting in a delay in delivery. Because of this, orders for stoves not in stock can not be guaranteed delivery before Christmas. If you are interested in a particular model, please call our sales office on 01745 582300 to enquire about availability. Stock will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Locate a Chimney Sweep

Locate a Chimney Sweep

Before you purchase or install a new appliance that will be using an existing chimney/flue we recommend you have your chimney inspected to identify any possible defects, ensuring it is structurally sound and not leaking. At this stage you should also be advised if your chimney needs lining. You should also have your chimney/flue swept to clean clean any blockages and remove soot that may have built up in your chimney. Your proposed installer should be able to carry out both of these processes, or you can hire a professional chimney sweep. The National Association of Chimney Sweeps (NACS) regulates the work of all registered sweeps and maintains a high standard of work and knowledge. You can use the link below to open the NACS website and search for a sweep in your area.
